🇵🇱 Autor dokumentu może tworzyć umowę i zapraszać do niej członków swojego zespołu i kontrahentów zewnętrznych bez konieczności uczestniczenia w dokumencie.

W kolejce podpisu umowy, na liście członków zespołu (kolumna po lewej stronie), pod imieniem i nazwiskiem oraz adresem e-mail autora widoczne jest oznaczenie “Autor”.

Autor dokumentu może przeciągnąć pole ze swoim nazwiskiem do kolumny osób Akceptujących lub Podpisujących dokument albo odpowiednio usunąć siebie z tych pól za pomocą ikony śmietnika.

Brak obecności autora w umowie nie wpływa na możliwość jej podpisania.

🇬🇧 The author of a document can draft a contract and invite team members and contractors to it without the need to participate in signing the document.

In the Signature queue of a document, in the list of available team members (the column on the left) under the author's name and email address, the label "Author" will be visible.

The author of the document can therefore drag and drop their own name into the column of Acceptors or Signers or remove themselves from these fields accordingly with the help of the Trash  bin icon.

If the author is absent from the list of participants, this does not affect the ability to sign the document.
