🇵🇱 Jeśli na panelu w prawym górnym rogu widnieje Twoje imię i nazwisko obok Twojego adresu e-mail, to oznacza, że pracujesz na swoim osobistym koncie, którego z nikim nie dzielisz. Konto imienne jest zawsze pierwszą pozycją na liście - utworzone tam repozytorium dokumentów, baza kontrahentów oraz szablony nie są dostępne dla innych użytkowników, z którymi współpracujesz w organizacji (zespole). Na koncie imiennym najlepiej przyjmować dokumenty prywatne, np. umowy HR.
Jeśli natomiast z rozwijanej listy przy imieniu i nazwisku wybierzesz organizację, do której zostałeś zaproszony, to wówczas pracujesz z innymi. Dodawanie do organizacji leży wyłącznie w gestii admina (domyślnie założyciela organizacji).
🇬🇧 If the panel in the upper right corner of the page displays your name next to your e-mail, that means that you are working on your private account, which you do not share with anyone.
The named account is always the first item on your list of Organisations; the document repository, contractor database and templates created on that account will not be available to other users you work within an Organisation (Team). Your private account works best for accepting private documents, such as HR contracts.
Once you select an Organisation to which you have been invited from the drop-down list next to your name, you can then work with others. Adding a user to an Organisation is solely in the hands of the Administrator (by default, the admin is the creator of the Organisation).
